Location: South Belfast (Hybrid: 3 days office-based, 2 days home-based)

Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Recruitment Business Support Specialist to join our clients dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide essential support in various administrative areas, ensuring the smooth operation of their recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Cover: Be the welcoming face and voice of our clients agency, managing calls and greeting visitors with professionalism and a smile.

Payroll Duties: Take charge of processing weekly timesheets accurately and timely to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Booking Shifts: Coordinate and manage the booking of shifts and candidate availability ensuring all details are carefully arranged for our clients and candidates.

Mandatory Training Management: Organise and schedule necessary training for candidates, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Candidate Application Processing: Handle the initial processing of candidate applications, supporting their journey from application to placement.

Who We’re Looking For:

– You’re a highly organised individual with strong communication skills.

– Previous experience in a recruitment support role is a plus, however not essential as full training will be provided.

– Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

– A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.

– Technologically adept, with a good grasp of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
