Job Summary

Business Co-Ordinator – Finance / Procurement / Information

Location: Belfast City Centre

Employment Type: Temporary

Rate: £22.64 per hour

Are you organised, proactive, and skilled at managing financial and business processes? We’re looking for a Business Co-Ordinator to join a busy team for a 12-week temporary role, helping ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and compliance across finance, procurement, and performance information.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the preparation and monitoring of revenue and capital budgets, including variance analysis.
  • Managing procurement processes, tenders, and supplier agreements to ensure value for money and compliance.
  • Maintaining, improving, and coordinating business systems to deliver accurate reporting and information.
  • Producing performance and compliance reports for senior management and committees.
  • Supervising and supporting a small team, coordinating workloads, and identifying training needs.
  • Assisting with audits, risk registers, and business improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline OR equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in budgeting, business systems, and team supervision.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and IT skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

  • £22.64 per hour (PAYE)
  • 37 hours/week
