Business Development / Sales Rep (Office furniture / fit out)

We are working with a successful design and fit out / office furniture supplier to recruit for their new Business Development / Sales Representative to join them on a permanent basis and play a key role in business development activities across UK & ROI.
Reporting into Senior Management you will;
- Build and lead a new high-performing sales team from the ground up
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and convert internal leads into long-term customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers across sectors
- Conduct sales performance analysis and present findings to the wider team to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment on company goals
What we are looking for.
- Experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the office furniture or fit out sectors
- Proven track record of delivering results through team leadership and strategic planning.
- Experience working directly with internal lead pipelines and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
