Business Development Manager – Hospitality

Artemis Human Capital is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading firm in the hospitality industry. You will lead sales efforts, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth across a wide range of services. Key Responsibilities: Secure new and repeat business by managing client relationships Identify and pursue sales opportunities to maximize revenue. Manage forecasts, budgets, and pipelines to meet targets. Develop and execute account management plans in line with sales strategies. Represent the company at trade shows, business events, and client meetings. Lead familiarisation visits for potential clients. Oversee client contracts, ensuring clear terms and payment schedules. Maintain accurate CRM records to support sales tracking and reporting. Management Duties: Provide guidance to internal teams (operations, production, catering) to meet commercial targets. Prepare sales pipeline reports, metrics, and forecasts. Ensure high-quality customer service and manage internal processes effectively. Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or client management with a proven track record of hitting targets. Strong communication, partnership-building, and organizational skills. Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and CRM systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools. Must hold a valid UK driving license and be available for travel.
