An established Mechanical Contractor with over 15 years’ experience delivering projects across the Commercial, Hospitality, and Residential sectors is seeking a BIM/Revit MEP Coordinator to join their team.

The company specialises in all aspects of mechanical installations, including heating, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, and BMS systems.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP modelling, working with the latest release.

• Proven experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) within building services design, gained from either a consultancy or contractor environment.

• Strong communication skills and understanding of the construction process.

• Ability to comply with and maintain company BIM/Revit/CAD standards and workflows.

Desirable Experience

• Familiarity with Fabrication CAD-MEP, FAB-PARTS within Revit, and COBie implementation.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Additional Requirement

• Candidates must be willing to take the UKVI IELTS test as part of the application process.
