What You’ll Receive
- £12.99/hour (equivalent to £27,019.20/year)
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week on a 24/7 rotating schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support in Italian and English, ensuring a premium experience across forums, social media, and review platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using internal tools and problem-solving skills.
- Customize responses to reflect brand tone with professionalism, empathy, and creativity.
- Monitor online platforms, escalate customer concerns, and contribute to a vibrant online community.
- Help build a shared knowledge base and create engaging, brand-aligned content.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian (minimum B2 CEFR level)
- Passion for social media and customer service
- Strong technical aptitude and resourcefulness
- Attention to detail, creative writing skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media platforms, customer service (especially non-voice), or online communities
- Familiarity with virtual reality or gaming products
