About the Role:

Our client is a respected and established UK meat processing company, and they are seeking skilled Beef Deboners to join its growing team. This is a full-time opportunity offering visa sponsorship via transfer for individuals already in the UK under the Skilled Worker route.

Important Visa Requirement:

• Visa sponsorship is available, but only for candidates already in the UK on a Skilled Worker visa.

• Applicants must be willing and eligible to transfer their visa sponsorship to the new employer.

• You must have verifiable experience in beef deboning — references, certificates, or work history evidence will be required as part of the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Debone beef carcasses and primal cuts efficiently and accurately.

• Use knives and tools safely to remove bones with minimal waste and high yield.

• Work as part of a team in a chilled, fast-paced environment.

• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures as per UK regulations.

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance in the processing area.

• Report any issues or quality concerns to the supervisor or line manager.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential:

• Currently residing in the UK on a Skilled Worker visa, and willing to transfer sponsorship.

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in beef deboning in a commercial or industrial setting.

• Proficient knife handling skills and understanding of meat cuts and yields.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in chilled environments.

• Able to provide evidence of previous relevant work experience (e.g. reference letters, payslips, contracts, or certifications).

Desirable:

• Experience in a UK or EU meat processing facility.

• Understanding of portion control and commercial cutting specifications.

• Basic English language skills (spoken and written).
