Were looking for a Band 5 Day Care Worker to join our team at an Adult Centre in Magherafelt.

Contract: Full-time, 4 months (with potential extension)

Hours: MondayFriday, 8:30am4:30pm (some flexibility may be possible)

About the Role:

Youll be supporting adults with disabilities in developing life skills, independence, and social connections through meaningful daily activities.

Main Duties:

Support adults with disabilities in daily activities and personal care

Encourage independence and social interaction

Work alongside families and professionals to deliver individual care plans

Maintain accurate records and assist with reviews

Supervise and support junior staff and volunteers

What Youll Need:

Relevant qualification in care, nursing, or social work

NISCC registration (or eligible to register)

Full driving licence and access to transport
