Monday Friday 9am 5pm
Starter Salary £30k Base with Bonus scheme, Car & Pension
The Job role:
Imex Systems Ltd is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help meet sales targets and revenue growth targets. The person should be able to contribute to the company keeping us competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing the sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the Managing Director.
Key responsibilities:
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales opportunities
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and ensure its strong presence within its existing client portfolio
Liaising with Managing Director to ensure a coordinated sales plan.
Setting KPIs
Pipeline forecasting
Develop and manage Supplier relationships and facilitate product training.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
There is an opportunity for the successful candidate to move to Senior Management level.
Ideally based in the Northern Ireland Greater Belfast Area
Your skills and experience The successful candidate will have:
3 -4 years Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
Proven ability to drive the sales process from initiation to job completion
Strong business and commercial sense and Audio Visual industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
