Assistant Production Manager- Belfast Our client, one of the leading industrial launderettes in Northern Ireland are looking to expand and grow their team by recruiting an Assistant Production Manager in Belfast! THE COMPANY: Our client is an Irish leader within the industrial launderette industry providing a range of services for a variety of clients in both hospitality and healthcare settings and are now seeking an Assistant Production Manager to join their expanding team. Established over 90 years ago, this company are increasing their team to meet the demands of their clients, and with showing no signs of slowing down, the successful candidate will join a company in demand! THE ROLE: The successful candidate will be site-based in Belfast and they will have the following duties: Overseeing 45-50 workers per shift with direct reports being shift supervisors and team leaders. Planning, coordinating and managing day to day operations to ensure production targets are achieved. Implementing continuous improvement strategies to increase productivity. Preparing and managing budgets, scheduling expenditure, managing payroll and all operational costs. Overseeing and promoting Health and Safety and Quality initiatives as well as being involved in all of the hiring for the business. THE PERSON: We are looking to speak to those from the following backgrounds: Strong experience in Production/Manufacturing is essential. Production Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders will all be seriously considered for the role. A production role in charge of up to 50 workers is extremely advantageous.
