The Role – Assistant Manager
As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store – from delivering outstanding customer service to driving commercial performance and leading a high-performing team. You’ll be hands-on, energetic, and always looking for ways to improve and inspire.

About You
To be successful as an Assistant Manager, you’ll need:

Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in a retail environment

Strong people skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire

A passion for customer service and a drive to exceed expectations

Great commercial awareness and a results-driven approach
