We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join a fast-paced retail store in Belfast, supporting both trade and customer-facing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role with clear targets, strong development opportunities, and no weekend working.

What you’ll be doing:
- Engaging with customers and existing clients to maximise retail and service sales
- Spotting retail upselling opportunities, especially with customers visiting for tool servicing
- Supporting your Store Manager with daily operations, team development, and performance
- Delivering great visual merchandising and maintaining excellent store standards
- Working towards personal and team KPIs to drive retail growth
What we’re looking for:
- Experience at Assistant Manager, Store Leader or Supervisor level
- A proven background in retail, sales or trade environments
- Someone with a retail mindset, who thrives on hitting targets and delivering great service
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and a growth mindset
