Assistant Manager Role:

Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service

• Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising and stock management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
