What you’ll do
- System Implementation, rollout of Xero accuonting system
- develop and refine a costing and pricing system
- handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements
- work closely with an external accounts company to manage payroll
- monitor cash flow
- Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting and ad-hoc reporting to support business decision-making
About you
- Qualified Accounting Technician or studying towards a professional accounting qualification, CIMA, ACCA, ACA
- at least 2 years experience in a similar role
- knowledge of costing and pricing principles
- strong proficiency with accounting software, experience with Xero is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills
- Advanced excel skills
