We currently have a number of outstanding opportunities for FORKLIFT TRUCK ASSEMBLERS at our facility located in Craigavon, Northern Ireland, including some semi-skilled and skilled roles with varying degrees of technical ability required.
Responsibilities will include:
– Following detailed work instructions and practices to assemble forklift trucks, in accordance with approved quality standards
– Achieving daily production targets
– Safely operate and be responsible for the care of tools and equipment
– Responsible for the cleanliness of work area by adopting good housekeeping practices (5S)
– Diagnose operating problems concerning any deviation from agreed standards
In order to be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following essential criteria:
– Effective verbal and written communication and at least basic numerical skills
– Ability to work methodically and follow instructions
– Ideally applicants will have relevant experience in a Manufacturing /Assembly environment, preferably an Engineering/Automotive/Technical environment
– Ability to work a 2-shift work pattern (rotating late and early shift)
