Your new role
As an Assembly Operative, you’ll be responsible for assembling plant items on the factory floor prior to dispatch. You’ll work as part of a skilled team, ensuring quality standards are met and production targets are achieved. You will be assembling components according to technical drawings, performing quality checks and reporting issues, maintaining a safe and organised work environment and adhering to company policies and health & safety standardsMon – Thurs 6am – 3pm and Fri until 12pm
What you’ll need to succeed
Ideally you will have be dependable, reliable, and self-motivated, strong understanding of quality and deadlines. Candidates with assembly experience or experience using hand tools and machinery to build. Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
