Job Title: Asphalt Operatives / Foreman

Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled and experiencedAsphalt Operatives / Foremen to join our team. The successful candidates will play a key role in the delivery of asphalt surfacing projects, working both independently and as part of a team to ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This role offers the opportunity forsub-contractors to transition into permanent employment, subject to performance and suitability.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in asphalt surfacing operations
• Ability to lead a team on-site and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• CSR card and a minimum ofNVQ Level 2 in Road Building (preferred). Training and certification can be arranged for the right candidates.

Salary:
