Area Sales Manager
Location Island of Ireland
Salary – 45k-55k DOE, plus commission
Our client, a manufacturer of high-performance attachments and equipment, serving in the agriculture, forestry and construction sectors, is looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to join their team. The role presents a great opportunity for a new business sales professional looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers, with a focus on appointing new dealers across targeted regions.
- Understand and promote a range of equipment.
- Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to contribute to the company’s success.
- Target foreign markets and develop sales export opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in excavator attachments or agricultural sales.
- Strong knowledge of excavator attachments or agricultural products and practices desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to meet customers.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining customer records and generating reports.
