Role:Aftersales Manager

Location:Newry

Hours:Monday Thursday 8am 5pm and Friday 8am 3.45pm

Pay:£35,000 – £45,000

We have an opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to join a manufacturing business who supply heavily to the construction industry. Theyre and award-winning business who have continued to grow over their 30 years in business.

The Role:

Youll be responsible for 1 direct report and have responsibility for covering the aftersales side of the business which will include dealing with warranty, parts and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

The Requirements:

• Experience in a similar management position ideally within the manufacturing sector.
• Good level of IT proficiency including using a CRM/MRP/ERP system.
