Job Summary

Office Administrator (POLISH SPEAKING)

My client a leading employer who due to continued sales demand require additional administrative support in various functions of their business such as Accounts, Business and Operations

The working hours for the role are 8:30 5:30 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 4pm on a Friday.

Job duties

  • General administration, filing photocopying, faxing, generation of correspondence.
  • Banking duties
  • Setting up Excel spreadsheets, reports, and pivot tables for analysis
  • Maintaining records on excel and sharepoint.
  • General finance administration.
  • Keeping and maintaining records for Operational Program.
  • Obtaining quotations
  • Assist in the arrangement of meetings, conferences and any internal or external events. Ensuring catering arrangements and equipment bookings are in place
  • To undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required.

Successful candidates will have

  • Must have the ability to read, write and speak fluently in both English and Polish
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft office packages ideally excel
  • Previous experience within an Admin function
  • Can do attitude with good attention to detail
