The opportunity has arisen to join an industry leader in UK’s & Ireland’s Building Services sector. Alternative Heat design, develop and deliver a wide range of offsite-prefabricated, innovative, and sustainable building service solutions throughout the UK & Europe.

We specialise in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of prefabricated energy solutions, typically built in NI and shipped throughout the UK & Europe. We also offer turnkey design, build, and operate solutions for commercial energy centres and large-scale district heating solutions and have experience with successfully procuring and delivering many similar packages to a wide range of public bodies throughout UK & Europe.

Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and highly organised Field View Administrator to support our teams through efficient use of Viewpoint’s Field View software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping to configure, manage, and maintain the Field View system across all projects, to ensure ease of use and that information is collected and distributed in accordance to company standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential for managing data exports, analysis, and reporting.

Hours | Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm

Responsible to | Field View Lead

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Field View templates, workflows, forms, tasks, and user permissions to suit project requirements

Act as a point of contact for Field View queries and troubleshooting

Help with adding and the training of new users and offering refresher sessions to existing users

Ensuring that all relevant users are using Field View correctly

Monitor data input quality and consistency, ensuring compliance with company standards and project protocols

Help with the exporting of data form the Field View system for reporting

Help with generating regular Field View reports and insights using Excel and other reporting tools

Help with maintaining up-to-date documentation and user guides for the Field View system and its processes

Attending meetings and taking minutes where necessary.

Any other duties deemed necessary by management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential Criteria

Strong Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and support end-users

Strong attention to detail and high organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Strong administration skills

Experience with digital construction tools and systems is a plus
Desirable Criteria

Experience using View Point and Field View

Experience with PowerShell, or relevant applications
