Due to growth, our client, a successful manufacturing company, are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the General Manager, this role supports daily office operations and provides administrative, project, and procurement assistance across all departments.
Key Duties

General office administration: reception duties, filing, record management, meeting support, travel arrangements, and visitor coordination.

Assist with staff onboarding, IT requests, and maintaining shared documents.

Prepare newsletters, schedule equipment servicing, and manage waste collections.

Support project teams by compiling O&M manuals, maintaining project folders, and assisting with document control.

Provide procurement support, maintain supplier records, monitor Kanban stock, and assist with stock checks.

Work with warehouse and supply chain teams to keep consumables and office supplies replenished.
Skills & Experience
-
12 years administrative experience, ideally in engineering or manufacturing.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise.

Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with document control or ERP systems is an advantage.

Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach.

Reliable, discreet, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
Hours of work
Mon – Thurs – 7:30am – 4:30pm, Fri – 7:30pm – 2:30pm
