Job Description To provide administrative support across the People and Engagement Team, ensuring smooth delivery of services such as training coordination, compliance, HR systems, onboarding and employee records management. This role is intended to embrace a team-working approach, collaborating with every member of the team to ensure that overall needs are met. This role supports the operational and strategic HR needs of a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities * Respond to day – day queries and offer support to complete People & Engagement team * Support onboarding by preparing induction materials and arranging training * Schedule and communicate training initiatives, ensuring timely maintenance of employee competencies * Coordinate logistics of training materials * Assist in organising employee engagement events and initiatives * Represent the company, as required, at external events * Assist with expense tracking and invoice processing * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records * Collating information and preparing reports as required * Represent the company, as required, at external events * Provide support for HR systems by responding to queries, compiling and delivering accurate information, generating reports, and contributing to projects aimed at enhancing HR processes and systems * Support audit and compliance reporting Qualifications * Strong knowledge of the complete MS Office suite * High attention to detail, priorisation skills, time management and consistent deadline adherence * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion * Proficient with technology or technology adept * Able to work collaboratively in a multi-team environment * Previous administration, coordinator or data entry experience About Us We build, we transform, and we connect.
