Pay: £25,654.00-£27,557.00 per year
Job Description:
Administrator – Metering Services
Location: Hybrid (Agile Home Working policy after training)
Type: Full-time
Initial 18 Month Contract
An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic administration team supporting a wide range of metering activities, including installations, maintenance, customer requests, and project work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to Metering and Support teams
- Handle customer and electricity supplier requests (e.g. appointments, tariff changes, meter relocations)
- Manage internal databases and update spreadsheets
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Support call handling and respond to customer enquiries
- Assist with both small and large-scale projects
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 4 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English & Maths, or 2+ years of relevant admin experience
- Strong IT skills (MS Office)
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical ability
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable:
- Experience in a busy office environment
- Customer service or front-facing communication experience
