Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for an Admin Support based at our Craigavon site, a 5 day onsite working model. The Admin Support will upload material specifications onto a central database.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Specification Technologists to identify specifications requiring upload.
  • Type the specification information into the online system.
  • Upload documents to be attached to the specification.
  • Update specifications on the system as required.
  • Report any validation errors or concerns with the specification.
  • Track and report specification uploading.

Essential Criteria:

  • GCSE English, or equivalent
  • Computer literate – familiar with Excel & Word, comfortable using computer systems.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Logical approach
  • Able to use initiative

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of working with specifications
  • Interest in food manufacture
