We are Kyocera AVX, part of the global Kyocera company – our plant has been operating in Coleraine for over 45 years manufacturing ceramic capacitors for the global Automotive and Aerospace sectors . We are one team and look for people to join us who enjoy working together to deliver great results. We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to support our Process Engineering group.
The Job
You will be working with a team of Process Engineers who provide technical support to our manufacturing processes to deliver excellent product quality. The job is varied and will cover a wide range of admin tasks:-
- Creating and maintaining daily and weekly performance trackers for engineering groups using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other office applications
- Help with data analysis and data presentation
- Assisting Engineers with Technical Documents, reports and process specifications.
- Maintaining document control systems for various projects.
- Support the team with external audit preparation, including following up on outstanding actions
- Attend meetings, and update and follow up on action reports.
About you
You will have an A level equivalent qualification and have previous administration experience and be
- Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Analytical, with a logical approach to solving problems
- Adaptable and resilient with a collaborative attitude
- Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement
The hours of work for this position are 8.00am 4.30pm Monday Thursday and 8.00am 3.30pm on a Friday.
