Black Fox Solutions are currently working with a leading supplier in the construction industry who are going through a period of growth. Key Responsibilities
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash sales reconciliation
- Management of Accounts Payable and processing payments
- Supplier reconciliations and liaison with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
- Supporting Accounts Receivable and credit control
- Supporting month-end and year-end financial processes
- Posting journals and performing control account reconciliations
- Assisting with monthly management accounts
- VAT Returns, CIS, and Intrastat reports
- Supporting the logistics department and sales team
- Other ad hoc financial duties as required.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 3 5 years experience working in a similar role
- Previous retail accounts experience is preferred but not essential
