Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive Reporting to: Accounts Receivable Manager Business / Division: Finance Location: Ballykelly Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, Negotiable depending on experience Role Function Generate and send out invoices to clients promptly. Monitor customer accounts and track incoming payments. Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are properly accounted for. Follow up on overdue invoices and initiate collection procedures as needed. Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries. Prepare accounts receivable reports and assist in month-end closing. Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions. Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes. The Person A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally accounts receivable focused Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software – SAGE 200/SICON preferably. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Team player with can do attitude.
