Accounts Administrator-Portglenone-Temporary- £13.50+ per hour
Reed Recruitment is working in partnership with a local construction company based in the Portglenone Area. Our client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.
This role will be for 4-8 weeks, with possible extension and is offering an immediate start.
Working alongside the Finance Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties:
- Inputting of invoices
- Process payment applications
- Matching delivery dockets to purchase orders
- Transfer of project costing from estimating software to Procore
- Purchase orders
- Updating cost estimates and quotes onto Procore
- General Administration to support the contracts team
- Any other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role.
Essential Criteria
- Proficiency in administration,
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
