About the Job
Reporting to the Managing Director the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties…
- Preparing and submitted TSS returns
- Assisting with data preparation and validation, and ongoing maintenance of internal databases within the ERP system
- Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Performing account reconciliations
- Assisting with credit control activities when required
- Liaising with suppliers and internal department to resolve queries
- Supporting audit preparation
- Providing general administrative and accounts support when required
Previous experience
- Previous experience working in a busy office environment
- Hold an Accounts Technician Qualification
- Experience Using Xero (Desirable)
