Receptionist / Accounts Administrator
Location: Ballygawley
Job Type: Full-Time 37.5 hours Early finish Fridays!
Salary: Competitive Dependent on Experience

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist / Accounts Administrator to join one of our longstanding clients, an established manufacturing business based in Ballygawley.

The Role:

Our client is a well-established and long-running organisation in the manufacturing sector who are looking for an organised and professional Receptionist / Accounts Administrator to support their operations team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth front-of-house operations and accurate financial administration, working closely with internal teams.

The Requirements:

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics
At least 1 years experience in an accounts or administrative role within a busy office environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills

Preferred Experience:
Experience within a manufacturing company
Experience working with Sage Accounts Software Sage 200 preferred
