Artemis Human Capital delighted to be partnering with a well-established, manufacturing business located in the Portadown area. This is a newly created position with a scaling business and an exciting time to join the team.
The role
- Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date cash records.
- Support the finance team with month-end tasks, including journal entries.
- Assist with tracking inventory costs and liaising with production on stock movements.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment queries.
Person Specification
- Experience in a finance or accounts role, ideally within manufacturing.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident using accounting software and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- AAT qualified or currently studying towards an accounting qualification.
