Reporting to the Company Accountant you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of a busy accounts team” About the Job Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Logging invoices received into the business Review & check employee expense claims Assist with Supplier Statement Checks on a monthly basis Assist with the allocation of cash to customer accounts Liaise with Contract Administrators in chasing debts where appropriate, and pursue debtors for payment by phone, email and written requests as required Assist with paperwork for export sales Perform TSS Declarations and liaise with external vendor Complete transportation cost analysis and provide commentary for management review Support payroll as required Deal with day-to-day queries from customers and suppliers, providing solutions Provide administrative support within F&A e.g. reception cover and post cover Any other duties as reasonably delegated Experience, Skills and Attributes Strong experience working in a busy Accounts function (Essential) Strong Microsoft office skills, especially Excel. To be professional and able to operate as a team player or individually as necessary.
