What You’ll Get

- Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

What You’ll Do
- Match and review invoices against delivery notes and orders
- Process invoices using Sage 50
- Reconcile supplier statements and prepare month-end payment runs
- Reconcile debit and credit card statements
- Manage supplier and staff queries and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly
- Prepare financial reports and maintain organised records
- Support general administrative and accounting duties
About You
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in an accounts role
- Sage 50 experience essential
- Construction sector experience a plus but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good numerical and analytical ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team player with the initiative to work independently
