Accounts Administrator, Newtownstewart
We are working with a successful local business to recruit for their new Accounts Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Working within a busy office you will be working with both customers and suppliers across;
- Receive and process customer orders
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other relevant information
- Complete the required paperwork when ordering stock
- Compare items received against items ordered
- Update stock information, compile daily reports and address any discrepancies
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- General Administrative Duties
What we are looking for;
- Previous experience in a similar experience
- Confident IT skills
- Excellent organisational, time management and high attention to detail skills
