Job Summary

Accounts Administrator, Newtownstewart

We are working with a successful local business to recruit for their new Accounts Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

Working within a busy office you will be working with both customers and suppliers across;

  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other relevant information
  • Complete the required paperwork when ordering stock
  • Compare items received against items ordered
  • Update stock information, compile daily reports and address any discrepancies
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • General Administrative Duties

What we are looking for;

  • Previous experience in a similar experience
  • Confident IT skills
  • Excellent organisational, time management and high attention to detail skills
