Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining Health and safety records within office and from site teams
- Booking monthly site audits
- Maintaining vehicle records – MOT/Tax/Service
- Inputting supplier invoices on to Xero
- Issuing invoices to main contractors
- Dealing with customer / supplier queries
- Answering the phone / dealing with general enquires
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role
