Accounts Administrator Coleraine Part Time 3 days per week £15 p/h Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator who values work life balance? Black Fox Solutions are currently working with a Coleraine based tree surgery business that are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join the team for a maternity contract with the potential for a permanent role. Key Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers, maintaining up-to-date records. Prepare and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies. Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations. Generate financial reports as required for management review. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data protection regulations What you’ll need to succeed 1+ years experience in a similar role Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
