Accountant | On-site in Craigavon | Up to £50,000
A leading business in County Armagh is seeking a skilled Accountant to join its on-site finance team in Craigavon. This role supports the financial and tax reporting needs of various business units across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support tax declarations, financial reporting, and compliance with HMRC and internal timetables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent accounting policies.
- Deliver accurate financial data, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Prepare corporation tax computations and assist with tax audits and regulatory reporting.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional finance and tax projects.
- Support junior team members and promote best practices across business units.
Requirements:
- Part-Qualified or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA).
- Technical knowledge of IFRS and corporation tax.
- Excel and ERP skills (e.g., SAP).
- Able to work collaboratively, solve problems, and drive process improvements.
- Experience with SOX compliance, US GAAP, or transfer pricing is a plus.
