About the role

STATSports Group are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our B2B Amateur Team and serve as a point of contact to key customers using Sonra Lite – both PlayerLed & CoachLed, ensuring the highest level of service is always provided.

The Account Manager will become proficient with all STATSports products and ensure clients derive maximum value from our products and services.

What you’ll do

• Serve as a point of contact for Sonra Lite customer account management matters.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions accordingly to customer needs and objectives.

• Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries and assist with challenging requests or issues escalations as needed.

• Visit key clients from time to time to ensure needs and objectives are being met.

• Prepare regular reports on all account status.

• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal/external stakeholders.

• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet commercial targets.

• Collaborate with the B2B Amateur Team to identify and grow opportunities within territories.

• Deliver online and onsite demonstrations of STATSports’ new products and services products, to prospective clients and existing customers.

• Experience/ ability to learn troubleshooting process in a timely manner.

• Contribute to internal projects, led by the R&D Team which may involve, data collection, analysis, and presentation of results.

• Relay ideas/suggestions for new features and system improvements, gathered from clients to the development team.

About you

You’ll need to have

• Qualified with a degree level of 2:1 or above in a Sports and Exercise Sciences degree or equivalent.

• Experience working within a customer focused role.

• Experience with High Performance Sports, preferably in a coaching capacity.

• Ability to travel when required.

It’d be great if you have

• Experience working with a GPS Performance Tracking system

• Experience of working with a CRM system for order processing

• Experience of involvement in team sport at a grass-roots level
