Are you a customer-focused Account Manager with a passion for technology and building long-term client relationships? Are you experienced in managing software or SaaS accounts and ready to join a growing, fast-paced team thats making a real impact?

Were looking for a Software Account Manager to join our Belfast-based team and help strengthen and grow relationships with our core customer base. This is a client-facing, high-impact role where youll ensure our customers gain maximum value from our solutions, drive upsell opportunities, and shape their long-term success.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key software clients
  • Build deep relationships and understand client goals to align our solutions with their business needs
  • Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and webinars to maximise product adoption
  • Monitor account health, identify risks, and proactively resolve challenges
  • Lead contract renewals and negotiations, maintaining long-term partnerships
  • Provide actionable customer feedback to help shape product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver collateral and communications that support engagement

  • Proven experience in account management within the software or SaaS sector
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident in delivering demos and discussing software functionality
  • Experience using CRM platforms and managing a sales pipeline
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in negotiation and contract management
  • Commercially minded with the ability to spot growth opportunities
