IT Support – Derry – Temporary – £14 to £17 per hour
REED Technology are delighted to partner with an educational organisation who are seeking to recruit an Identity and access manager to join their excellent Digital services team.
Responsibilities:
- Customer-focused positions which deliver 2nd line IT technical support by resolving a range of IT issues supporting staff, students, and visitors.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and solving escalated issues and will promptly action incidents and service requests assigned via our IT Service Management tool, ensuring appropriate updates and call management is prioritised.
Essential Criteria
- 2nd line support experience
- Experience working with IT Service management tools
- Technical support experience
