Domiciliary Care Agency

Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: Discussed at interview.
Work Time: MonFri, 9am5pm.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure safe, high-quality care.

• Lead staff, support training, and maintain effective communication.

• Oversee care planning, assessments, safeguarding and quality monitoring.

• Manage incidents, complaints and improvement actions.

• Ensure full compliance with RQIA, GDPR and Health & Safety.

• Work flexibly and take part in the on call rota when required.

Essential Criteria

Option 1:

• Social Work (NISCC), Nursing (NMC) or Allied Health Professional (HCPC)

• 4+ years experience in health or social care (incl. 1 year LD setting)

• 2+ years in a supervisory/management role

Option 2:

• Level 5 Diploma (Adult Management) + eligible for full NISCC

• 5+ years experience (incl. 1 year LD setting)

• 2+ years in management
