Customer Service Specialist – Belfast Vauxhall
Hours: Flexible start and end times (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £12.50 per hour with bonus opportunity available
New opportunity! We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Charles Hurst, Belfast Vauxhall. This role is key to ensuring excellent customer experiences across all Stellantis brands.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out customer follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries
- Representing all Stellantis brands with professionalism and care
- Providing daily reports and updates to the management team
- Monitoring and highlighting current customer service performance and trends
- Supporting continuous improvement in customer satisfaction levels
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer-focused approach
- Ability to produce clear, accurate reports and identify trends
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage daily tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service or call handling is desirable
