Community Organiser Common Ground Project

37 hours per week Monday Friday (Flexi Hours)

Based in Northern Whig House, Belfast
Salary: £33,558 – £37,334

This is a temporary post from December 2025 until 31st October 2028.

About the role

The Common Ground project is a funded by the European Union, UK and Irish governments and the NI Executive through the PEACEPLUS programme that focuses on promoting peace and reconciliation across/between NI/ROI communities including new and minority communities.

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Community Organiser to help build stronger and more connected communities. In this role you will help foster inter-community relationships and collaborate with Common Ground Project colleagues to achieve project goals.
