Trade Counter Assistant
Location: Mallusk – Newtownabbey
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 42.5 per week
MonThurs 7:30am5:00pm, Fri 7:30am4:00pm

Responsibilities
- Serve customers at the trade counter, providing product advice and support
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and helpful manner
- Carry out warehouse duties including picking and packing orders
- Unpack, book in, and put away incoming stock
- Work as part of a dependable team to keep the branch running smoothly
What Were Looking For
- Experience in customer service or sales (trade/merchant experience is an advantage)
- Confident, friendly communicator
- Strong work ethic and willingness to support across different areas of the branch
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Reliable team player
