Sales Coordinator
Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator on behalf of a market leading manufacturing company. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to sales team during travelling
- Support sales team with orders from receipt until shipping
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare quotations and proposals for customers if needed
- Maintain and update CRM systems with customer and order details
- Generate sales reports and assist in forecasting
- Liaise with external sales representatives to support their activities
- Work closely with finance for invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Assist in organising promotional campaigns and events
- Any other duties role may involve
Person Specification:
- 2 years in a sales support or customer service role.
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments preferred.
- Knowledge of sales processes and administrative tasks
- Excellent customer relations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in camera manufacture or similar industry
- Experience with international customer base
- Experience with managing customer relationships (internal & External)
