Job Overview
VANRATH is delighted to be supporting a returning client in the recruitment of an HR Generalist to provide HR support across the organisation, including employee relations, HR policy implementation, and recruitment.
Key Details:
- Salary: Up to £36,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR practices comply with relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
- Act as a point of contact for staff and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters.
- Coordinate training and development programmes.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and organisational initiatives.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new staff.
Essential:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, and ability to maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance.
- Experience advising staff and managers on HR matters, and managing employee relations, including performance, absence, and conflict.
- Experience coordinating training and staff development, and analysing HR data to produce management reports.
- Experience supporting HR policy development and implementation, and familiarity with recruitment and onboarding processes.
