Hayward Hawk are delighted to be supporting a trusted client in hiring a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing activity. This is an initial 6 month contract with possibility to extend, with the option to work fully remote or hybrid.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and execute UK-specific marketing plans aligned with wider regional strategy.
- Run multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, events and ABM to support lead generation and sales acceleration.
- Plan and deliver UK events, trade shows and partner programmes, ensuring a strong brand presence.
- Optimise paid media, social activity and landing pages for UK audiences.
- Use reporting tools to track performance and share insights with senior stakeholders.
- Localise global content and create UK-relevant case studies, blogs and thought-leadership.
- Collaborate closely with sales, regional marketing and global teams to align activity with revenue goals.
What Youll Need:
- Degree in Marketing or other relevant subject.
- 4+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally within tech.
- Strong understanding of digital and event management.
- Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms.
