Sales Manager (12 Month Contract, potential to become permanent)
Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Manager on behalf of a leading supplier of textiles to key players within global hospitality, retail, laundries, public bodies and healthcare organisations. The Sales Manager Europe will support the plans to develop & secure branded hospitality sales opportunities aligning to the global hotel brand partners’ networks growth in the markets. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. However, there may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent, depending on business needs and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Represent company becoming the face of the company in the assigned European regions
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing accounts
- Initiate, manage and secure high-value sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain a solid and sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities
- Owns opportunities from end to end
- Input on Forecast and Stock Management
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and maintain account development plans
- Participate in industry trade shows and exhibitions
- Learn & update latest industry trends and developments
- Manage inbound leads in a timely, professional and customer-focused manner
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Meet or exceed core sales activity metrics
- Provide timely, accurate and consistent reporting
- Update and maintain the company CRM records for the opportunities & market
- Any other duties role may involve.
Person Specification:
- 3 years Sales/Business Development/Account Management experience
- Strong commercial awareness
- Proven track record of success in developing new business
- Excellent interpersonal skills including well developed presentation and negotiation skills
- Self motivated and exercise a proactive approach, with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Confident and able to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
The Rewards
The successful Sales Manager will enjoy a competitive salary circa £40,000 depending on experience plus Bonus, Death in Service scheme, Workplace Pension scheme, Free parking and Social events.
Location
The Sales Manager role will be based in Lisburn with occasional travel.
