Our story began with a simple goal to share our love of padel with as many people as possible. What started as a single court and a handful of enthusiastic players has grown into a welcoming network of clubs where beginners, families, and seasoned players feel right at home.
What we are looking for
Were seeking an experienced and strategic Managing Director to lead our company towards sustained growth and success. You will be responsible for shaping the companys strategy, overseeing daily operations, managing key relationships, and ensuring the achievement of financial and organisational goals.

Objectives & Responsibilities:
You will have overall responsibility for the daily operational needs of Lets Go Padel:
- Defining and driving the companys strategies with its long-term vision and short-term objectives.
- Overseeing the overall business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, scalability, and productivity across all departments.
- Leading the company’s financial management, including optimal resource allocation, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingand ensure the company’s profitability
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
- Lead, motivate and supervise leadership team to achieve operational targets and ensure smooth day to day operations
- Drive growth through market research, industry trends, developing new ideas, and establishing relationships with clients and other companies.
- Serve as the bridge between the CEO and the management team, providing strategic advice and regular reports
- Lead and motivate the management team and other employees, delegate responsibilities, and make key hiring decisions.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of senior management.
- Make critical decisions on resource allocation, strategic planning, and operational improvements.
- Manage crises and make critical decisions to navigate the company through challenges.
- Drive company culture and ensure alignment between values, mission, and day-to-day operations.
- Act as the companys ambassador, enhancing reputation and brand value.
- Work with management team to increase revenue and grow existing customer base by successfully promoting the range of services and activities available
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance of the whole team and customers, ensure all health and safety measures are inspected, measured and actioned appropriately
- Oversee Lets Go Hydro Aqua Park business during their season.

To be considered for this position applicants MUST be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior managerial role, ideally as a general manager or in a similar capacity, preferably with a background in Leisure.
- Experience managing large scale projects with a focus on business expansion and entering new markets
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and organisational management.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to handle complex challenges and responsibilities.
- Strong financial acumen with a proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
- Recruitment, training and development and performance management of all staff
- Previous experience in managing departmental budgets and reporting into senior management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient IT skills with experience of using Microsoft packages
- Experience managing health and safety, and compliance, with proficient knowledge of legislation
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Legally eligible to work within the UK
